High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is an all-out workout experience. Infused Yoga + Fitness takes it one step further, by combining traditional HIIT pace and movements with the added element of sandbags. The result is a high intensity, full-body cardio and muscular workout that's sure to satisfy first-timers and hardcore athletes.
