Founder + Instructor
Jodie Esquibel
Jodie Esquibel is a certified yoga teacher and the owner of Infused Yoga + Fitness. With a background in emergency medicine, tactical response and professional athletics, Jodie found her way to yoga as a powerful tool for healing, balance, and self-awareness. Yoga became a space for stillness in her high-intensity life — a space to breathe, reflect, and reconnect. Through consistent practice, she discovered the deep impact of Svadhyaya (self-study), and Seva (service), which now form the foundation of her teaching. Jodie’s classes are accessible, grounding, and intentional. She believes yoga is for everyone and aims to create a welcoming space where students can slow down, tune in, and cultivate resilience —both on and off the mat. She’s honored to share the practice that has brought so much strength, peace, and clarity to her own life. Whether you’re new to yoga or deepening your practice, Jodie welcomes you to join her in community, breath, and movement.

Instructor
Lydia Williams
Lydia discovered the benefits of yoga several years ago following multiple visits to the doctor with constant complaints of sore knees, frequent foot and ankle problems, and weight loss struggles. One of her doctor's suggestions was yoga. Lydia was quickly amazed at how her practice alleviated not only her physical issues but the stresses brought on by work and ‘everyday’ life. With additional study and multiple classes at Infused Yoga + Fitness, she was hooked. Lydia has practiced at Infused for the last five years, and she’s known for her authentic, positive, and non-judgmental teaching style. She constantly seeks to challenge her students while providing a fun and friendly environment.

Instructor
Sara Mendoza
Hello Yogis! I’m Sara Mendoza and connecting with people is my greatest joy. It was while taking yoga classes at Infused Yoga + Fitness from my amazing mentors that I realized that I, too, wanted to connect with people on a profound level by leading them through yoga asana (movement) and pranayama (breath.) Thus, my Yoga Instructor Journey began in 2020. In my Vinyasa Yoga classes, I nurture the ability to look inward to release thought patterns that don’t serve us in our daily living and stop the monkey mind! Yoga is meditation in movement. As of 2023, I am also a Certified Level 2 Sound Healer and occasionally provide a sound bath as part of the Savasana portion of the class.

Madeleine
Greenberg
I started doing yoga when I was in high school playing volleyball, and I never stopped. My freshman year of college, I quit cheer and had a lot of free time. I had been wanting to get my YTT so I got it, and it has been so rewarding. I teach my practice, and I love to design the classes based on the vibes in the hot room. I love practicing yoga, and if my teaching makes someone feel as great as I do, then I know I am doing it right. I take pride in my work, and I love what I do. Outside of yoga, I am a weightlifter and avid basketball fan.

Amanda Chavez
Yoga has been a part of Amanda’s life for over a decade, and she has been teaching for more than six years. What started as a way to stay active quickly became a grounding practice for both body and mind. She loves how yoga hits every aspect of life — whether you’re looking for movement, stillness, strength, meditation, flexibility, grounding, or mental health. Her classes are a mix of strength and softness, with a focus on mindful movement and breath. She’s passionate about creating a welcoming space where students feel comfortable exploring their practice, no matter their experience level. She encourages students to tell her of their struggles so she can incorporate poses that will help them with their day-to-day lives. Amanda completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in Albuquerque along with other certificates in Yin, Vinyasa, and Circasana yoga, with a focus on Vinyasa and Yin. She also has training in trauma-informed yoga and Thai massage to help with hands-on adjustments. When she’s not on the mat, you can find her enjoying days with her dogs, going to the gym, or traveling to explore different yoga traditions. Her favorite pose? Definitely Dandayamana Dhanurasana or standing bow pose. It’s all about balance and playfulness!

Amanda Salazar
Yoga has been a transformative force in my life. While I practiced asana off and on for years, I didn’t truly connect with it until 2017, during one of the most vulnerable times of my life. My grandmother, who adopted and raised me, passed away in June 2016. Just months later in December, my brother suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury, which ultimately led to his passing in October 2017. In the midst of grief, I returned to yoga — not as a wife, mother, or business owner, but simply as me. At first, it wasn’t fireworks, but I kept showing up for myself. Over time, I began to feel the shift. The connection between breath and movement took me to a place of complete presence, somewhere I had never been before. Yoga became my anchor, supporting me through immense loss and guiding me toward healing. After a year of dedicated practice, I knew I wanted to share this gift with others. I completed my 200-hour teacher training in October 2018. In December 2020, after two years of further study, I became a 500-hour certified yoga teacher. Now, as a teacher, I love to be creative with my sequencing, curating classes that are both intentional and dynamic. I teach Yin, Vinyasa, and strength-based classes, always with an emphasis on mindful movement and breath. Music is a big part of my classes — I carefully craft playlists to complement the energy of each practice. Beyond the mat, I’m a wife and mother to two amazing kiddos. In my free time, you’ll find me listening to music or lost in a good book. Through all of life’s ups and downs, my favorite mantra remains: "Everything is as it should be."

Instructor
Coryanne Cook
My love for yoga started in 2016 as a form of therapy after losing someone very close to me. After feeling and seeing all the benefits firsthand, I decided to go into teacher training. I became a certified yoga teacher in January 2018. I then went on the following year to get more certifications, including restorative and accessible yoga. I love teaching to all body types, and my favorite form of teaching is power Vinyasa. I try to teach so that when students leave my classes, they feel like they just had the best workout of their lives... while also refreshed and ready to take on the rest of the day.

Instructor
Jayme Nelson
My name is Jayme, and I’ve been an athlete nearly my entire life. I started gymnastics at age 7 and competed at the private club, high school, and college level. After my gymnastics career, I continued my fitness journey by competing in triathlons and various fitness and body-building competitions. I focus on building muscle and strength... and the workout classes I lead reflect that. We use a variety of equipment: dumbbells, sandbags, TRX, and bands to work and strengthen every body part, as well as the core.

Guest Instructor
Tianna Redstrom
For a while, yoga was a recovery class for Tianna to help ease muscle tightness from the very physical game of soccer. When she retired from soccer due to injuries and surgery, yoga started to play a bigger role in her health/life. Initially, it was more so for her physical health, but as time went on and she obtained her yoga teacher training, it became a way to find peace and restore balance to the very busy life she lived. Now as a mother, yoga is just as vital as ever. Restoring her peace and easing physical pain with every practice. Tianna’s class is a blend of strength, balance, and peace to help the body feel more well-rounded. She tends to guide her class through a therapeutic lens due to her background in Occupational Therapy. And when she’s not on the mat or spending time with her son, she’s connecting with nature and simply trying to slow down.
