Yin Yoga Chakra Soundbath

Exploring the Chakras Through Yin Yoga & Sacred Sound

Slow down, settle into restorative Yin postures, and allow the vibration of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes to guide you into deep stillness.

Date: Saturday, March 28th, 2026

Time: 6:00 - 7:15 PM

Duration: 75 minutes / All Levels

Location:  In-Studio

Cost:  $40

About This Experience

Step into a sanctuary of stillness where Yin Yoga and sacred sound come together to create a deeply restorative experience.

Throughout the session, slow and meditative Yin Yoga postures will invite the body to soften and release. As students settle into each pose, waves of sound from crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes will fill the room, creating an immersive sound bath designed to calm the nervous system and deepen awareness.

The vibrations of sound interact with the stillness of Yin Yoga to encourage a meditative state where participants can connect more fully with their body, breath, and subtle energetic awareness.

The experience will close with an optional mantra and sacred sound call-and-response practice, allowing participants to explore the power of voice, vibration, and shared presence.
