Candice

Candice first started hot yoga in 2016 after her best friend/grandmother passed away. She was in search of a therapy that healed mind, body and soul. Her home studio has been Infused Yoga & Fitness ever since. In 2018 she took her first Buti Yoga class and it took her personal yoga practice to the next level. "If yoga opened the door, then Buti turned on the light." She received her Buti Yoga Instructor Certification in Manhattan Beach, CA in 2019. 

Yoga in all formats has been what saved her mentally and physically. 

Through teaching Buti Yoga, she is able to help others find the freedom and power that comes from within. Buti is a Marathi Indian term, that means “the cure to something that's been hidden away or kept secret”. Through Buti, you are able to unleash the secret found from the strength within yourself. Buti is a movement methodology that incorporates dynamic yoga asana with primal movement, cardio-intensive bursts and deep core conditioning. "This workout tones and sculpts the entire body while facilitating complete inner transformation." The beat-blended movements force you out of your head and into your body. What's most unique about Buti Yoga is the importance placed on the spiritual aspect of the practice. Buti Yoga emphasizes that the workout is about transforming the body from the inside out while uniting the body, mind and soul.
